Mark Mercer – Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Mark Mercer is responsible for the vision, direction and management of ControlCase. Mark brings more than 17 years experience in business, information technology and security to ControlCase. Formerly a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP in their Technology and Security Risk practice, he provided security, compliance and assessment services to Fortune clients across the country.
Prior to Ernst &Young, Mark served as Vice President of Commercial Services for Time Warner Cable/Road Runner corporate group in Herndon, Virginia. He created the national commercial product line, "Road Runner Business Class" which provided uniform product definition and support to Road Runner affiliates for their non-residential business ventures.
Mark served in the U.S. Navy for five years following his graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy where he received a B.S. in Mathematics. He specialized in security, cryptology and intelligence while assigned to various military and government agencies.

Kishor Vaswani - Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Kishor Vaswani is responsible for the technical direction and delivery of ControlCase's products. He brings extensive experience across a broad range of security, privacy and regulatory issues. Formerly with Ernst & Young LLP, Kishor led numerous projects for Fortune clients spanning across regulatory policies, security reviews and assessment of onshore and offshore vendors. He has served as an advisory member on a Joint Commission on Technology and Science (JCOTS) for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has been a speaker on multiple occasions, including the MIS Conference and ISACA.
Kishor holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Suresh Kumar Dadlani - Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Suresh Kumar Dadlani manages the business on a day-to-day basis for ControlCase's global operations. He brings over 35 years of international business experience and leadership, including roles as CEO, Managing Director, President, COO and general management of companies such as Edna, Hindustan Dorr –Oliver Ltd. and Greaves Cotton Ltd.
Suresh hold an engineering degree from India and an advanced management degree from the Harvard Business School.

Bill Brody - Vice President of Professional Services
As Vice President of Professional Services, Bill Brody is responsible for service delivery to ControlCase's clients. He is also responsible for content management in ControlCase GRC. Bill also works as an IT Auditor, assisting clients across various industries with their compliance efforts. Formerly, he has worked extensively in records management and implementation of data storage systems in both the public and private sectors.
Bill holds CISA & QSA (Visa Qualified Security Assessor) certifications, as well as a Masters degree in IT Security from the University of Fairfax & BBA from Western Michigan University.

Rohit Tripathy - Vice President of International Operations
As Vice President of International Operations, Rohit Tripathy is responsible for managing the operations of ControlCase in the Asia-Pacific region. Rohit is currently involved in rolling out ControlCase's VISA PCI initiative in the APAC region. Rohit has extensive management and delivery experience in Internal Controls compliance (SOX through COSO/COBIT USA, J-SOX Japan, Clause 49 India), Information Technology Controls compliance (ISO17799, ITIL, CoBIT, ISO 27001), as well as IT Asset Technology Threat Assessment (Code Level Application Security, Remote Penetration Testing).
Professionally Rohit holds CISSP certification from ISC2. He holds an MBA from NITIE, Mumbai and a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from PVPIT, Sangli India.
