Summary of the Job:
The Direct Channel Sales Manager is responsible for managing and cultivating new business opportunities for the development of long-term business partnerships. The person in this position will focus on analyzing partner needs to create a full solution from our product and services portfolio in the assigned region.

- Partner growth rate and ramp time
- Productivity metrics (including the number of calls/emails made, opportunities created, demos and onboarding calls booked, and conversion rates)
- Average time to conversion
- Pipeline value and velocity
- Net promoter score
Requirements:
- Experience in selling and offering appropriate solutions for – IT-GRC, Compliance as a Service (CaaS), Vendor Management, Credit Card Data Discovery Software, Compliance Management, PCI Logging, FIM and Monitoring Solutions, TG3 Certification, ISO 27001/2, Cloud Compliance, PCI DSS certification, PA DSS Certifications, SOC 1, SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI TSP, PCI PIN, CSA STAR, HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, MARS-E, NIST 800-53, Compliance, security testing, vendor management, IT Audits, and IT Security.
- Should have experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc.
- Should be keen to travel extensively up to 50%
- Strong communication skills
- Channel Enablement experience and track record
- Creating and implementing a Channel Sales plan
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
- Analyzing sales data
- Presentation skills
- Management and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
- Two to three years of experience in channel sales
- Three to five years of sales experience
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
