Darrell is an experienced C-level executive with expertise in financial operations, systems and process improvements and improving profitability.  Darrell is passionate about creating successful teams focused on delivering consistent and reliable solutions that are sustainable, repeatable and cost-effective.

During his career, Darrell has served with several large multi-national corporations including Underwriters’ Laboratories (UL), one of the leading companies in the global TIC industry. Prior to joining Underwriter’s, Darrell worked for Publicis Groupe, S.A. for 13 years in a variety of roles in Accounting, Finance, Internal Control and Shared Services and rose to become CFO of Leo Burnett USA and ARC Worldwide.

Darrell has a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a Master of Science (Accounting) from The University of Texas at Dallas and a CPA from the State of Texas (inactive). Darrell previously served as a Trustee with the Naperville Education Foundation and was part of the team that sponsored the creation of the Entrepreneurial Program in District 203 and was an original member of the Shark Tank Pitch Night.
