Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in generating leads, setting up sales meetings, working inbound and company-generated leads, and helping grow our opportunity pipeline for potential clients, current clients and clients through our partners. You will identify and engage with decision-makers, conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and possibly chat. You will qualify leads before passing them to the account manager team by setting up meetings or bringing them onto a live call. We expect the majority of your leads will come from our North America region.
In addition to scheduling and coordinating the first meeting with prospects, you may attend some of the meetings to help transition the client and for the purpose of your own development. At ControlCase, we believe in growing careers through coaching and experiences.
