Shamala is responsible for managing the ControlCase Risk and Customer Success Management departments that provide quality service to all ControlCase clients globally.

Shamala has over 20 years of experience in client management and the technology industry.  She has spent the past five years within ControlCase successfully providing clients with exceptional service while analyzing risk for the organization.  Shamala also serves as a Founding Board Member for Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu (501c), DC Metro Chapter, providing cybersecurity training to women and girls in the community.

Shamala holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Intelligence from Marymount University, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, University College.
