Job Title: Senior Assessor
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, expertise in security frameworks, and extensive experience in conducting FedRAMP audits.
What You will Bring:
As a Senior Assessor, you will be responsible for:
- Clear and effective communication with customers and internal staff to understand project requirements and convey audit findings.
- Demonstrating a strong familiarity with Security Frameworks, particularly NIST 800-53 Rev 4, and a robust knowledge of FedRAMP and Cloud Computing.
- Leading and performing FedRAMP audits, including thorough review and audit of all FedRAMP-specific documentation such as SSP and RAR.
- Completing FedRAMP audit reports, including the SAP and SAR audit planning and reporting documents.
- Writing detailed FedRAMP reports on assessments to communicate identified security risks to customer management and IT personnel.
- Utilizing previous IT audit experience to enhance audit processes, with FedRAMP audit experience being a significant advantage.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- US citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or equivalent military experience with a focus on information security.
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent certification is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT audit, with a strong preference for FedRAMP audit experience.
Preferred qualification:
Baltimore CyberRange (BCR) FedRAMP certified.

Competitive Salary. $155,000 – 168,000 depending on qualifications.
Location: US based employee, but most work is done remotely.
