With more than 23 years of experience, Chandraprakash has driven HR strategy and service delivery across leading organizations including Teleperformance, WNS, Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank, AXA, and Hays Document Management. He has built Centers of Excellence, led global change management, M&A integrations, and advanced digital HR transformation, including AI-enabled HR solutions recognized across the industry. His multidisciplinary background—spanning human resources, analytics, technology, and architecture, gives him a unique perspective on aligning people, process, and performance.

Most recently, Chandraprakash served as Vice President of Human Resources at Teleperformance, where he led global HR operations across 15+ countries. Earlier leadership roles at WNS, Standard Chartered, and Deutsche Bank further sharpened his expertise in HR outsourcing, workforce management, and transformation. His appointment strengthens ControlCase’s commitment to investing in people as the foundation for long-term growth and success.
