About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to support our Colombia operations in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role is intended to convert into a full-time position, offering long-term stability based on performance and business needs.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who can work independently and manage a wide range of HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Provide general HR support across multiple functions
- Manage and support employee benefits administration (experience with Colsanitas is a plus)
- Partner with leadership to address HR needs and priorities
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for open roles
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters
Must-Haves
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are required for this role and are a top priority
- English proficiency: B1 minimum, B2+ preferred
- 5+ years of HR experience, with strong recruitment leadership
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Experience with benefits administration (Colsanitas is a plus)
- Ability to work independently across HR functions (generalist mindset)
- Availability to start as soon as possible
