Vaibhav leads Cybersecurity Services at ControlCase, setting the strategic direction for the company’s security testing and assurance services. He oversees delivery teams that help banks, financial institutions and enterprises achieve and sustain a strong security posture. He is responsible for transformational initiatives across the security testing lifecycle, including the adoption of AI-powered testing platforms and automation to enhance the speed, depth and consistency of ControlCase’s vulnerability assessment and penetration testing services.

His career milestones include leading ControlCase’s successful qualification as a PCI Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV), contributing to its CERT-In empanelment, and securing CREST accreditation for the organization.

His areas of expertise span vulnerability assessment and penetration testing across networks, web, mobile, API and thick-client applications; secure code review; payment gateway security; firewall ruleset and network architecture reviews; security operations; and compliance with PCI DSS, PCI Secure Software Standard and ISO/IEC 27001.

Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai and several industry certifications in information security and compliance.
