He currently serves as Senior Vice President at ControlCase, where he leads strategic growth and go-to-market initiatives across the APAC market, with responsibility for revenue acceleration, market expansion, and business performance.

Previously, Kaushik spent close to a decade progressing through consulting and leadership roles and ultimately serving as Business Unit Head.
