Position Overview
The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful scheduling and delivery of cybersecurity compliance assessments and consulting projects. In this role, you will coordinate directly with customers, manage project expectations, support internal delivery teams, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting organizations on their cybersecurity compliance journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients throughout project engagements, building strong and collaborative relationships.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity compliance projects, including CMMC assessments and consulting engagements.
- Manage project schedules, scope, deliverables, and customer expectations while proactively addressing changes and coordinating with internal subject matter experts.
- Support the continuous improvement of ControlCase delivery methodologies and operational processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, assessors, business development teams, and technical specialists to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify delivery risks early, working alongside the Program Management Director to recommend mitigation plans, change orders, or contract updates when necessary.
- Monitor client satisfaction throughout project engagements, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous service improvements.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, delivery metrics, and progress updates for customers and internal leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. All employees are subject to security screening.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project delivery, client coordination, consulting, cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services.
- Strong project coordination skills with experience managing schedules across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, or ISO 27001 is preferred.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ConnectWise, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams.
