Biju John is the Senior Vice President of Payment Products at ControlCase, with more than 20 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, risk management, and payment security compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University and completed advanced studies in Computational Technology in Aerospace through Bangalore University and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).

In his current role, Biju leads ControlCase’s Payment Products practice, with responsibility for global delivery, customer engagement, certification methodologies, business growth, and the development of security audit and compliance frameworks. He also serves as a primary point of contact with the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) on behalf of ControlCase.

His expertise spans PCI DSS, PCI PIN Security, Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE), 3-D Secure (3DS), PCI Software Security Framework (SSF), Card Production and Provisioning/Personalization (CPP), Payment Software Security, Banking Infrastructure Security, and IT security auditing. He has extensive experience leading complex security and compliance engagements for banks, payment service providers, merchants, and technology organizations across global environments.

Biju holds several industry credentials, including CISA, CISM, CEH, PCI QSA, QPA, P2PE, 3DS, SSA, SSLCA, and CPSA certifications.
