Kishor Vaswani – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kishor Vaswani is CEO of the ControlCase. Under his leadership, ControlCase has transformed the way customers manage their compliance and certification programs through the company’s leading technology solutions. He has successfully led the company’s expansion in the security and compliance industry through technology innovations. During his tenure ControlCase has opened offices in US, Canada, UK, Dubai and India. In addition, under his leadership ControlCase has acquired customers in more than 40 countries globally. He is one of the few industry leaders who has taken a company from inception to rapid global expansion and a leader in compliance.
Kishor founded ControlCase in 2004 after working with Ernst & Young for many years and noticing a need for automation in compliance. He has over 20 years of experience in IT security, IT controls and compliance. Kishor has spoken on numerous occasions at various industry forums including PCI Security Standards Council, ISACA and MasterCard. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
Suresh Dadlani – President, ControlCase International
Suresh, during his career span of over 44 years, has held numerous senior positions, such as President, CEO, COO, Managing Director and Director of a number of large Public listed companies such as Greaves Cotton, Hindustan Dorr-Oliver, Shaw Wallace and others.
Suresh has been member of CII Western Region Council and also on a number of committees/sub committees of industry associations.
As the COO of the Company and Head – Asia Pacific and CEMEA region, he is responsible for Sales and Execution of Business in the territory and also for other operations including Finance, HR and Administration of the Company.
Suresh is a Mechanical Engineer with post graduate qualifications in Management from Bombay University and AMP from Harvard Business School.
Steve Litzow – President, Americas
As President, Americas, Steve is responsible for revenue and customer satisfaction for the North and South America and European markets. Steve manages multinational teams in business development, marketing, account management and customer success to help ControlCase’s global customers strengthen their IT security systems.
With more than twenty- five years of results-oriented leadership demonstrating a strong intersection of skills in sales, marketing and strategy, Steve has a proven track record of leading organizations to deliver strong financial and operational results. He has deep-rooted experience developing and implementing innovative sales, marketing and product strategies as both a senior executive and consultant in Fortune 500 and start-up environments including Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Samsung, USAA, CompuServe, Sharebuilder and dozens of start-ups.
Steve has served as a Washington State Senator and he is the Inventor-of-Record on four patents.
Andres Gutierrez – President ControlCase Latin America
Andres is the President of ControlCase LAC in Colombia and is responsible for all operations and activities, including management and delivery of ControlCase services in the Latin America region.
He is responsible for Sales and Execution of Business in the territory and for other operations within the Latin America region. He is also an experienced manager with more than 12 years of Audit and Consulting experience for the different Information Security Standards. Andres has conducted IT Security Assessments including gap assessments, remediation & certification engagements for Banks and from small to large service providers in payment services, merchants, and BPO’s within United States, Canada and Latin America. Prior to ControlCase Andres held various Information Security positions including a Big4 experience.
Andres holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering along with QSA and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor Certifications and has spoken on different occasions at various IT Industry forums.
Norm Laudermilch – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Norm Laudermilch is a security industry veteran with executive level experience across a broad spectrum of the industry, including some of the largest global service providers.
Most recently he was the CISO at Sophos, after they acquired Invincea where he was Chief Operating Officer. Before that he served as CISO for a division of Verizon, after they acquired Terremark where he filled many roles such as SVP Worldwide Infrastructure, CTO, and COO. Norm also has extensive mobile security experience having served as CTO and co-founder of mobile security provider, Trust Digital which was acquired by McAfee. He oversaw managed security services as a Vice President at both VeriSign and Symantec, and holds the distinction of being a co-founder of the Internet Service Provider Security Working Group (ISPSEC).
He has been a board member at AMTSO, the Anti-Malware Testing Standards Organization and also served as global director of information security at UUNET, the world’s first internet service provider.
Norm has also been published in over 100 newspapers and magazines worldwide, appeared on over a dozen television news programs, and has been interviewed on local and national radio.
Kevin Baillie – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Kevin’s 25-year career spans a wide breadth of financial and operational responsibilities with SMB technology companies that have global reach. From small, domestically focused software companies to technology companies with complex global structures and several hundred million dollars of revenue, he has directly impacted financial performance and growth as a member of the C-Suite.
Kevin has managed global teams of finance, operations and administration. He has successfully devised and executed financial and strategic restructurings, established and maintained relationships with lenders, venture capital and private equity stakeholders, and led diverse teams in finance, product, sales, operations, IT, legal and human resources to drive revenue increases, reduce costs and improve strategic planning and decision making.
Along with his experience in the technology sector, Kevin was a CPA at Ernst & Young, where he served as an Audit Manager in the Entrepreneurial Services and Technology groups. He also has extensive mergers and acquisition experience.
Satya Rane – Chief Innovation and QA Officer
Satya Rane is responsible for leading the group that focuses on content and platform research to develop the Compliance as a Service (CaaS) and certification platform.
He has over 14 years of information security experience and has implemented many projects for large multinationals in the space of information security compliances. He is a recognized subject matter expert in compliance, security testing and managed services globally and has authored many papers. He has been speaker at conferences including ISACA and Banking security forums.
Prior to ControlCase he held various leadership positions. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Technology and Post-Graduation in Information Technology.
Mark Smith – Senior Vice President, Operations and Chief Compliance Officer
For over 20 years, Mark has worked in the security and information technology industry.
His experience ranges from performing computer crime investigations to designing and implementing security architectures for enterprises in the Fortune 500 and for the Federal Reserve System. He has worked for companies and organizations at the forefront of information security such as Ernst & Young, Capital One and the Federal Reserve System.
Mark manages and provides leadership for the ControlCase Infrastructure, Support and Risk Management teams. In addition as the President of ControlCase Canada, Mark is responsible for the management and operations of the Canadian business line. ControlCase Canada provides operations support via a security operations center to the Americas and Europe and provides direct security services to Canada.
Immediately prior to joining ControlCase, Mark was the President of Tri-Tech Inc.
Afy Merchant – Senior Vice President, Sales
Afy Merchant is responsible for direct and channel sales internationally within the CEMEA region. His prime responsibility is to collaborate with the board to articulate the corporate vision, strategy and goals and keep the board informed of the middle east financial position and performance. Afy’s main objective is Setting strategy, operational plans, goals and objectives to support the corporate strategy direction. Establishing accountability & responsibility at all-levels for maximizing the corporate business potential in the CEMEA region.
Afy brings more than 15 years of experience to the role and has held positions with IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers in management roles for the federal services industry in USA.
Afy’s responsibilities also include formulating the sales strategy and partnerships within the CEMEA and ASIA PAC regions. Afy holds an Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
Rupesh Tanksali – Senior Vice President, CTO
Rupesh is responsible for developing and managing the complete technology stack of the ControlCase IT-GRC Platform and related product lines and implementing our flagship Compliance as a Service (CaaS) offering for our customers.
Rupesh has extensive experience in the full technology stack from product architecture, design, development and operations. Rupesh has had a significant hand in developing all ControlCase technologies and has experience in running customer support and IT operations in the past. Rupesh has around 15 years of overall experience with 10 years in software development.
He holds the Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication.
Pramod Deshmane – Senior Vice President, Certifications
Pramod is responsible for the management and delivery of ControlCase PCI DSS certification and compliance services to all customers in US region.
He has over 10 years of security audit and consulting experience for customers in BFSI, Payment Industry and IT Service sector. Prior to ControlCase, he was a Manager / Sr. Security consultant at PCS Technology and was responsible for delivery of projects which included IT security vulnerability assessments, network and application penetration testing, organizational security implementation reviews and regulatory compliance reviews.
He holds a degree in Information Technology from Symbiosis University.
Neelam Patel – Senior Vice President, Customer Success Management
With over 18 years of experience, Neelam has pioneered intuitive region-based customer experiences across various technology industries including Network Solutions, QinetiQ North America and Microsoft.
At ControlCase, she is energized by finding new ways of turning complex compliance processes into usable project paths that are simple to follow, track and bring to closure on-time. In a world that is quickly transforming into automated transactions, she finds inspiration from making meaningful connections which efficiently and directly contribute to a customer’s line to success.
She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
Ashish Kirtikar – Senior Vice President, Compliance-as-a-Service (CaaS)
Ashish is responsible for leading the group that handles management and delivery of ControlCase Compliance-as-a-Service (CaaS) portfolio to all customers globally.
He has over 11 years of IT security, audit and consulting experience for customers in BFSI, Payment Industry and IT Service sector. Prior to ControlCase, he has worked in multiple roles providing IT security solutions consulting, Network Security, Risk assessments, SOC Operations, Security Device Management and Security architecture designing for international clients from multiple disciplines such as Banking, Financial, Insurance, Telecom and IT services. He has also been a speaker at ISACA conferences and lectures.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
